SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Performer and director Andy Dill has died following a brief struggle with meningitis. The blog posted the information late last night, noting that Mr. Dill “died at 3:00pm Wednesday. He spent only a few days in the hospital, but deteriorated quickly, and was gone.”

Andy Dill was a popular performer who appeared in roughly 18 films between 2003 and 2005. Among his titles were the award-winning GAYDREAMS 2: SAN FRANCISCO NIGHTS (Raging Stallion Studios), THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD (All Worlds Video), MEN’S ROOM: BAKERSFIELD STATION (Titan Media) and TAG! YOU’RE IT! (Arena Entertainment).

His association with Raging Stallion led to the formation of Dill Media, under which Mr. Dill produced BEDROCK, an acclaimed title which he also directed and filmed.
