Mark Dalton to Remain Behind Bars Until January 2009

[Slight edits, 4:47pm; 2:45pm 02/01] Blond bodybuilder Mark Dalton will remain in prison until at least January 2009. I just got off the phone with his agent, David Forest, who confirmed these details. The Texas Dept. of Corrections Parole Board informed Mr. Dalton last week (January 24) that he had been denied parole, with no appeal, and that his case will not be reviewed again until January 2009. If he is continually denied parole, Mr. Dalton would eventually be released May 22, 2011. “But obviously we’re hoping, fingers crossed, that doesn’t happen and they’ll grant him a 2009 parole date when they review his case in January of ‘09,” Mr. Forest says. The agent helped me iron out Mark Dalton’s prison timeline: He entered prison in November of 2004 due to “an altercation with a woman in April of that year [which] breached the probation he was then on from a [2002] drug related case.”
He was paroled in November, 2005 and continued on parole until May 31, 2007, when “he got into trouble with a woman at his home in Denton, Texas and was charged with two misdemeanors—’Assault Causes Bodily Injury/Family Violence’ and ‘Interference with an Emergency Call.’ He pled guilty to both and served a 90 day sentence in Denton County Jail. Then, in September of 2007, he was returned to prison,” to wait out last week’s decision, which was that he now has another year behind bars.
Mr. Dalton is currently onscreen in MARK MEETS ZEB: THE TEXAS TWO-STEP, a sizable hit for Zeb Atlas Productions and Marina Pacific. His last Big-Nine studio picture was 2005’s SUPER SOAKED for Falcon’s Jocks Studios line.

I’m amazed that the topic of discussion is still whether this asshole is straight or not, or whether he’s hot or not. He’s a fucking serial batterer and he can rot for all I care. I hope the producers of adult entertainment will ignore him once he’s out again, but I’m not counting on it.

He looks much better in person and he is sweet. When I met Mark I enjoyed talking with him more than anything else. I wish the best for him and it breaks my heart that he’s in for possibly 3 more years! Mark: get out and ring me up. E in L.A.

It’s a crying shame that he woun’t be released until 2011, if he is denied paroled in 2009. What is up with these porn stars going to jail. Mark is about the fourth one I heard about is doing time in the big house. The last thing you want to let the other inmates know is you are a porn star. That’s bad when you are inmate. Ine, you’re in prison. Two, Bubba, Eddie, Leroy, Tyrone, and Skillet are going to want to mate with you; especially when you’re a known porn actor. I hope that you can survive. I always fantasize about being my model while create a number of paintings and drawings of you. I hope one day I will be able to paint and draw you.
If he were in my prison, he’d not be allowed to have sex with other inmates. He’d have to service the staff!
I think he’s as straight as an arrow. He’s married with and a father to a toddler.
I suppose people will believe what they want, but I think a lot of these guys are, “gay for pay,” or, “seemingly gay for pay.”
I would think he’d be a busy boy in prison whether he likes it or not.
