Update on Bryan Kocis Murder Trial
February 5, 2008 | 4 Comments
Attorneys for Joseph Kerekes, a suspect with Harlow Cuadra in the January 2007 murder of Cobra Video‘s Bryan Kocis, filed papers for several pre-trial motions last week, including notice of a potential alibi defense. Per a newspaper report, Mr. Kerekes could claim he was inside a hotel room at the time of the Kocis murder. If he was present at Mr. Kocis’ home when it was robbed and set ablaze, “any theft from the home and the subsequent arson happened after Kocis was dead prior to those alleged crimes and cannot be used to pursue the death penalty” against him. Other pre-trial motions include a request for a separate trial from Mr. Cuadra, and to move the trial out of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, citing ” ‘extensive, inflammatory, sensational’ pre-trial publicity in local newspapers and television.” A pre-trial conference with Luzerne Country Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. has been postponed to February 20, as Mr. Cuadra has recently brought on a new attorney who has not filed his pre-trial motions.

Such pussies that certain sites won’t acknowledge their innocence
Jason
not very diplomatic of mr ridge to call ‘certain sites’ pussies. Moreover it shows a certain dislike for ‘pussies’…several porn movies include pussies and on occasion i quite like them.
Either the police are corrupt or Mr Ridge very naive….
Jason, were you drunk when you wrote that post above???
I mean really, we have to wonder…
Is Jason Ridge serious. Put down the pipe, Jason. You’ve been smoking that crack way too long. And check your grammar, you dumb shit.
