As our Gay Porn Crime Week comes to a close, here’s an update on the Bryan Kocis murder trial, as prosecutors and lawyers for accused co-defendants Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes exchange motions. The latest twist is “new evidence” that prosecutors received earlier this month from the FBI, said to be handwritten letters penned by Mr. Cuadra and Mr. Kerekes (”New Evidence Emerges In Gay Porn Producer Murder“). There is no indication as yet about the contents of the letters. A motion before Luzerne County (Pennsylvania) judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. asked for the court to compel the defendants to provide handwriting samples for analysis. Judge Olszewski has not indicated when he would rule on the request, but another pre-trial hearing is scheduled for March 5. He has, however, “denied a defense motion that would require the prosecution to say which of the two accused the prosecution believes was the principle killer.” District attorneys are seeking the death penalty, and defense lawyers claim it would apply only to the principle killer, not an accomplice.

Until something major happens, like they get the death penalty, I’ve had enough about hearing about these two.

I don’t think they did it!!!! But let’s say they did it then I do believe BC and his partner in crime who reside in San Diego put them up to it and shame on Dink Flamingo for harboring such a person, but once again this is my opinion and how I feel. Open your eyes, he was the only person to gain everything to get out of his law suit and contract.. duh!!!!
