Skin Stars Steal 2008 Hookie Awards

Our boys figured nicely in the 2008 International Escort Awards (“The Hookies”), presented this past Saturday, March 22, in West Hollywood. Jonathan Lowe and Diesel Washington snagged Best Bottom Escort and Best Fetish Escort, respectively, while Kyle Foxxx tied (with Chase Evans) for Most Versatile Escort (presumably that means top-to-bottom, and not a his ability to discourse on world politics or cook a gourmet meal). Other skin star winners: Barrett Long (Biggest Dick, as if there was any competition for that one), Tristan Mathews (Sexiest Escort) and Arpad Miklos (Best Porn Star Escort; last year he was the “Best Top” winner). Best Escort Agency went to David Forest‘s Meet the Stars, which reps something of a surprise win given Mr. Forest’s publicly stated disapproval of Rentboy and several of their affiliations. Club Dean won Best Escort Website. And don’t forget; the Los Angeles Times, via their Gold Derby entertainment blog, took note of Gay Porn Times, and all the various gay porn awards, this past weekend (click here). “Sex-performance awards have now become so audacious that they’re even bestowed for ‘escorts,’ ” they marveled.
