   Varying skin tones in the second photo are interesting; Jake Havoc pale, Ross Hurston reddish-orange, Blake Riley yellowish. (I do realize the lighting plays some part, as Ross appears more naturally pink in the top photo).

   Maybe it’s partly because I’ve never seen him before, but Mitch Branson, IMHO, leaves everyone else in these pics in the dust.

   Jake Havoc is adorable in a dorky sort of way. The Abercrombie & Fitch types, like T.J. Hawke, are certainly eye-opening on a dreary morning, but Jake feels more “real,” for whatever that’s good for these days.

   P.S. From the link JC provided, Greg Thompson is responsible for at least the top photo. Mitch Branson looks far better there than he has in most of Colt’s official images, a rare misstep for them. He should be shooting Mitch’s next cover, if he gets one.
