New Release Desk: Well, okay, more like New-ish Release Desk. I realize a vocal contingent of our Constant Readers harbor scant affection for solo videos, but we’re featuring BOY SPLATTER due to the clever title and erotically evocative cover image. And that grin on good ol’ boi Brandon‘s face is appealing. GPTimes Intern Tim was thrilled when he saw this DVD insert. “Holy fuck,” he gasped, “a gay porn actor is actually smiling like he enjoys himself! Stop the presses!” I don’t think the situation is quite as bad as that, but point taken. The film runs just over an hour; Brandon costars with smooth and adorable pups Jake and Josh, toothy Riley, long-donged Riley and blond hunk Steve (no surnames, natch). By the by, BOY SPLATTER comes from Boy Batter and was directed by Harlow Cuadra, who has other things on his plate right now. PornTeam.com is distributing.

That’s why they had to make it all solos — Harlow was usually the partner in the duos, wasn’t he? Could be something of a buzz-kill, although people do get turned on by the strangest things these days.
Actually Will Harlow was VERY good in the video footage I have watched (I think I have seen all the Boybatter videos) the problem was usually the cameraman Joe who was somewhat inept and could not keep his MOUTH shut!
An ongoing problem it seems!
Harlow told me about this and about other productions he had planned in our May 14, 2007 interview which turned out to be the final one before he and Joe were arrested the very next day.
Harlow is extremely charming and almost shy at times where Joe was strident and egotistical. I believe it was Joe who ensnared Harlow in the scheme and got him involved as an accessory after the fact.
Harlow’s life might be very different right now if he had listened to some advice he got in December 2006 from me and emancipated himself from Joe at that time.
I actually agree with DeWayne about Harlow being a very hot and engaging performer and now, a competent director in what’s likely to be his first and only directorial credit.
Oh, and just so that you know Pornteam.com did the cover on this and did an awesome job. There creativity goes way beyond what anyone would of thought could of been done with the cover on this movie.
Will Joe claimed credit for everything (except the murder he pinned that on Harlow) truth is they switched jobs as cameramen and Harlow occasionally directed. Harlow did ALL the editing and post production,website uploads etc.
Joe was the Flashmaster and Carnival Barker and occasional Marine Stud in some of the Boybatter vids.
Just want whoever may chance upon this thread to know that JCA had to make some edits, so references are not always clear.
