Crime Blotter: Castagna Accuser Vanishes
May 8, 2008 |
Crime Blotter Update: Cody Castagna, the part-time porn model charged with extorting former Washington state lawmaker Richard Curtis following a sexual tryst, last month “won the opportunity to face the star witness in the case,” according to a news report. “The only problem is that person—Richard Curtis—is nowhere to be found.” He is reported to be living out of state; however, “no one knows Curtis’ current whereabouts.” Mr. Curtis, married with children and a Republican, resigned his position within days of the scandal surfacing in local and national media in late October. The story’s lurid details include cross-dressing, bareback sex and blackmail, and came to light in the wake of the Senator Larry Craig lewd conduct arrest and subsequent national scandal in June 2007. Local news reports did not speculate on the status of the charges against Cody Castagna should the prosecution prove unable to produce their star witness/accuser. At least Castagna seems to have a good lawyer. OF COURSE Curtis isn’t going to show up for a hearing and testify under oath in open court about his shenanigans. Case dismissed.
no sympathy for the “victim” Another closet case that tried to make himself feel better by making the rest of our lives harder
LOL What a “piece of work” Good riddance to another GOP Quisling!
I agree with DeWayne on this one. The Repub hypocrites are just too disgusting.
Interestingly, Cody Castagna has asked a certain well known person to be his manager and publicist after seeing how and by whom Brodie Sinclair was brought back from the nearly dead, career wise.
Castagna also allows as how he’s “ready and willing” to go much further into hard core territory.
He’s been told he’ll need to audition and then be trained by the person he contacted.
Plane tickets are being arranged as these words are typed.
Stay tuned, this is gonna get REALLY interesting or it will vanish as fast as Curtis Cash has done.
