Following their successful The Big Book of Breasts, this edition features page after lushly photo’ed page of humungous cocks. Photographers of interest whose work is showcased include Bob Mizer of Athletic Model Guild, David Hurles of Old Reliable, plus COLT Studio and Falcon Studio bygone classics, as well as vintage, rarely seen pics from venerable Champion Studios and Sierra Domino. Bobby Blake’s “Life” Now an Open Book

[Edits 06/22/08.] In Print: Back in April we wrote (click here) about retired performer (and now an ordained minister) Bobby Blake‘s memoir, My Life in Porn: The Bobby Blake Story (written with John R. Gordon) from Running Press Books. This precedes a Blue Blake memoir and John Holmes biography, both due in August. Anyway, Bobby Blake’s book is now available. Press Release Roundup: Channel 1 Releasing announced this afternoon that LiveAndRaw.com will present a real-time adult film shoot on Sunday, June 22, from 6:00-9:00 pm PST. Doug Jeffries is set to direct a scene from CAMERON MARSHALL: IN YOUR FACE; Mr. Marshall will appear with Ryan Alexander. The broadcast is open to C1R.com members and affiliates. Diesel Washington a Free Agent

Hunkalicious Diesel Washington is spreading the word that, as of April, he is no longer a TitanMan exclusive (click here). In what has to be considered a refreshing change of pace, the parting was on good terms. Producer Ike Garbo‘s Sinergy Films is back from the grave. What, the specialty label doesn’t ring a bell? Don’t worry, your memory isn’t faulty. They made one film√¢‚Ǩ‚Äù2005′s BONESUCKER√¢‚Ǩ‚Äùand then vanished into the Tucson, Arizona desert from whence they came. Well, now they’re back and the company has placed SINFUL SESSIONS, VOL. ONE (a solo tape, shot three years ago and never released) with Pacific Sun Distribution. As well, BONESUCKER will be re-released later this summer. Per the press release, Sinergy is in production on a new feature. SINFUL SESSIONS, VOL. ONE features newbies Damian, Jesus, Mike, Byron Strong and Zack. I have a connection to BONESUCKER. I actually visited the set as a reporter, and arrived to find director-videographer Andre Adair furious because their production assistant (new to the business) had left to run an errand and never came back! So I was drafted as an emergency PA, and spent the day picking up used condoms and holding lights as I watched Arpad Miklos pound the crap out of Carlos Morales, and Jason Hawke give the pork to Corbin Michaels.

Crime Blotter: New Twist in Nickolay Petrov Arrest

[Edits 10:12am.] Crime Blotter: We have an update in the case of Edmon Vardanyan, a/k/a/ Nickolay Petrov, who was arrested earlier this year and faces a variety of charges including “traveling in interstate commerce to kill, injure or harass another person.” Mr. Vardanyan told detectives he had accepted money to threaten, attack and eventually kill Grigori and Galina Komissarchuk ‚Äî aged 70 and 65 ‚Äî for failure to repay a debt. According to a newspaper account, the couple’s son-in-law, Alex Shevgert, has been arrested and charged with “aiding and abetting another to travel across state lines with intent to kill, injure or harass another person.” He is being held without bail; two additional men, Larik Cholak and Sergey Zub, have also been charged in the case. Mr. Shevgert is alleged to have told Mr. Cholak that his in-laws “owed him money from a business they had together and he wanted to send them a message that they needed to pay.” Mr. Cholak allegedly agreed to find someone to send that message. However, the Komissarchuks have never been in business with their son-in-law and, in fact, had provided financial support that included $100,000 as a down payment for a house to spur Mr. Shevgert and his wife to move out of their own home. Mr. Shevgert apparently nursed a grudge “and so he hired people to attack” his wife’s parents. However, newspaper accounts do not specify that Mr. Vardanyan is among those hired. New Release Desk: Dolphin Entertainment and Marina Pacific Distribution have SWEET FANTASIES on tap from director Alex Clark. The focus, as the title suggests, is on cute young thangs smooching and romping with sensual abandon. (Interesting side note: They are promoting the use of “invisible condoms” during the sexplay.) They’ve nipped at the heels of Bel Ami for years; SOMETHING ABOUT DOLPHINS was a GAYVN-nominated hit for the studio back in 2004.
