Agent David Forest was expected to announce at a press conference this afternoon that he is selling his company, David Forest Entertainment, and all related businesses and websites, including his popular Meet the Stars program, to rival agency Fabscout Entertainment. All current ForestMen clients√¢‚Ǩ‚Äùa roster that includes Jason Adonis, Zeb Atlas, Tony Capucci, Johnny Castle and Mark Dalton√¢‚Ǩ‚Äùwill now be repped by Fabscout in all areas. A three-decade veteran of the business of show, Mr. Forest will take an extended break from the daily grind and likely return at year’s end in a limited capacity with a new, differently named version of Meet the Stars. The Florida-based Fabscout will use the David Forest Entertainment offices and connections to establish a West Coast foothold. Details and official statements are forthcoming.

    Jim,

Once a business is sold and the legal process has taken hold you can’t ask for it back.

    “Jim,

True but remember “meet the stars” wasn’t part of the deal. Forest still can continue this when he is out and i’m probly sure he will. The guy has a huge celebrity clientel that’s going to need him for these “special” introductions…..

Actually, James, I think that it says above FabScout gained control of “Meet the Stars”, too.

Yes, according to JCA, Fabscout bought “Meet the Stars” and Eric Hanson is going to manage it as their “live appearances” arm, meaning no escorting, just actual personal appearances. If David decides to get back into that game, he will have to call it something else.

FabScout retained the “Meet the Stars” brand. The brand isn’t going to be used for escorting according to published reports. This means that if this Forest guy starts business up again, he’ll have to come up with a different brand to title it.

David can work under the new trade name “Fuck the Stars.”
