New-ish Release Desk: “Pin Ups: Blondes”
July 2, 2008 | 6 Comments
New-ish Release Desk: The cover model for PIN UPS: BLONDES from Bel Ami is the painfully lovely Dolph Lambert, whose freshly scrubbed adorableness caused a bit of a stir around these parts when I first published his photo (click here) back in January. Subtitled “The Best of Bel Ami Photo Sessions,” PIN UPS: BLONDES is a solo flick; it was released a few months ago, but as I was clicking around this morning, Mr. Lambert’s gaze on this DVD insert brought me up short. Who needs coffee? (Although I’d prefer him looking more tousled and less prim.) Costars include Troy Allen, Benjamin Bloom (so ripe and smoochable), Ethan Clarke, Luke Hamill and nine others, most of whom are familiar if you’re a BelAmiOnline member. And√¢‚Ǩ‚Äùahem√¢‚Ǩ‚Äùjust to nitpick, “blondes” (with an “e”) refers to women; “blonds” (no “e”) is the male signifier. Young master Lambert is schooled in the ways of on-camera mansex by Mr. Hamill in PERSONAL TRAINERS, PART 10, and trades blowjobs with Jason Knightley in FRENCH KISS.

I usually don’t care for blondes at all but Troy Allen is the best bottom Bel Ami has ever had in their ranks. Check him out guys. He’s the one with the curly mop top hair.
Has Dolph been too long under the sunlamp or does the background pic make him look ultra-thin?

You are the first, to my knowledge, to correctly point out the misspelling of “blond,” although some sarcastic types (not ME) would say the feminine version isn’t entirely inappropriate.
Will,
You are right. Blond is used for males and Blonde for females. He does sorta look like an Oompa Loompa but I have noticed this trend among gay men who tan too much and they look like Willy Wonka helpers.
