Planet Porn: Francois Sagat is an Alluring “Muse”

Planet Porn: A sample of François Sagat, as photo’ed by Exterface — 24-year-old French artists Julien and Stephane — from a new exhibition titled “Muse” (click here). Given that Mr. Sagat’s unique beauty and bubblicious bod have captivated so many photographers around the world, the title of “muse” is an apt one. In their own words, Exterface “attempt to manipulate the male — exposing him, stripping him until he is lost between coloured light and darkness… [our] iconography is sexually charged, sometimes homoerotic, but always expresses an interior duality. Each series tells a story as a fresco where the plot is ‘all is not what it seems’.” A photobook titled The Thing He Loves will be released this autumn via Bruno Gmunder. All is missing is a tutu!
The pics aren’t my style, but how many porn stars do you know that are willing to serve as a “muse” for so many different photographers? The fact that Francois is willing to do so takes him beyond mere “porn star” into something else.
