Cadinot Team Announces Maestro’s Final Two Films

It’s been four months since Jean-Daniel Cadinot left this wretched plane for the Grey Havens (CLICK HERE). The reality of that is still sinking in. His team in France updated the late maestro’s blog earlier this month. The complete text follows if you haven’t seen it yet. Press Release Roundup: Channel 1 Releasing has announced that Benjamin Bradley will return to XXX and the Rascal Video roster. In 2006, he was released from his previous contract, by his request, to pursue modeling opportunities that included a high-profile contract representing Ginch Gonch underwear. Judge: Site Not Liable in Titan Media Copyright Case

A U.S. District Court judge has ruled that video-sharing site Veoh.com is not liable in a copyright infringement lawsuit brought by IO Group, parent company of Titan Media. The gay adult studio sued Veoh in 2006 after learning their copyrighted product had been uploaded to the site. Per AVN, “Veoh claimed it was unaware of the infringement and that it took steps to remove the material, pleading its defense under the Safe Harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).” CLICK HERE for more details…

Titan Sues Another “Tube” Site

Titan Media has sued Antelope Media LLC, parent company of MonsterCockTube.com, for copyright infringement. At least five John Does are also named as defendants. The suit filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco cites video files of Titan product that have allegedly been viewed more than 14,000 times. Titan VP Keith Webb told XBIZ this was “another example of a site looking to make a quick buck and generate traffic from the intellectual property of others. We will not sit idly by and watch others profit from our content. Let this be a clear message to anyone running a tube site ‚Äî if you have Titan content on your site you will be caught and pay the price. XBIZ notes the suit charges “willful copyright infringement, trademark infringement and unfair business practices, as well as subsquent charges of infringement for the video files containing Titan material that were hosted on the site.” Earlier this month, Titan sued GLBT Ltd., operators of GayForIt.com and other similar “tube” sites, for similar reasons (CLICK HERE for our previous story.) Cornhusker Coach Responds to Wrestlers’ Dismissal

[Edits 11:59am.] University of Nebraska athletic director Tom Osborne has responded to charges that two student-athletes dismissed from the wrestling team for appearing on amateur porn site FratMenTV.com had been “railroaded.” NCAA rules prohibit athletes from allowing their image to be exploited for commercial gain. In an interview with the Associated Press, Mr. Osborne said Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan had violated NCAA rules twice in recent months. “The last few days we’ve had people indicating that maybe these guys were railroaded. I just want to make the point that this was not one isolated incident,” he said, “but really was a series of issues.
