Remember Sam Tyson? The blond, wholesome, matinee-idol-handsome stud made only about seven or eight films in 2002 and 2003, notably Jet Set’s GAYVN-winning THE HOLE, and then retired. He now works as a personal trainer in Los Angeles‚ÄîI know, I know, but he’s actually serious about it and today owns three gyms (CLICK HERE). He’s a franchise! (Pardon the Steel Magnolias moment.) He’s gay-married, too; Chi Chi LaRue even DJ’ed his wedding (CLICK HERE and scroll down a tad). Anyway, did you watch this season of Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List? Remember the episode where she went to Bora Bora? Remember the interview she gave to a hunky blond guy from Passport magazine? Yep, that was our Sam. Yeah, I didn’t make the connection, either. If you’re curious, CLICK HERE for the unedited interview, which runs about 20 minutes (they used roughly 45 seconds in the episode). He tells her right off the bat that he is an ex-porn star. Ms. Griffin is delighted, of course, and referenced her gig hosting the GAYVN Awards last year.
