Benjamin Bradley Returns to Skin Biz

Press Release Roundup: Channel 1 Releasing has announced that Benjamin Bradley will return to XXX and the Rascal Video roster. In 2006, he was released from his previous contract, by his request, to pursue modeling opportunities that included a high-profile contract representing Ginch Gonch underwear. Channel 1′s Doug Jeffries said Mr. Bradley would be back in front of the cameras at the end of September. He joins a roster of Rascal exclusives that includes Johnny Hazzard, Cameron Marshall, Blake Riley, Josh Vaughn and Vance Winter. Concurrent to this announcement, Bradley will no longer be repped by Tango Blues Entertainment for touring and other personal appearances. Bradley is the second gay adult performer this summer to return to erotica after leaving the skin trade to pursue a modeling career; Claudio Martin (n√© Rodrigo de Carli) also recently returned to XXX as a Lucas Entertainment exclusive after a stint on the catwalk. I don’t know that he ever said he was leaving porn for good. It was probably more a matter of the underwear company not wanting him to do porn while representing their brand. But this “tail between his legs” comment is already popping up everywhere.

Just an FYI (and to be fair to Benjamin Bradley): Ginch Gonch Fashion, only just founded in 2004, declared bankruptcy this past May. They were acquired by New Equity Capital, a huge investment company in Montreal. They’re still around, but obviously things are in flux.

I am so FUCKING glad that Ben is back in porn. I always thought he was one of Channel 1′s better guys and he was missed by many fans it seems. People can run him down all they want too but at least he went out there and tried something new and different. He obviously never burned any bridges when he left and you never heard him say anything bad about the biz either.
For the record he was matched up with Brent in Starting Young 2… but who is counting.
