   The obvious topic du jour, which JCA has not posted about for very good reasons IMO, is the alleged Mason Wyler rape. I’m fascinated by this, mainly because I’m going back and forth in my opinions about the veracity of his account. It’s probably too early to really draw any conclusions, but many, many things about it don’t add up for me.

   I hate to cast doubt on him if this really happened. I’ve followed his caereer from Day One and when he first posted about this my first thought was that he took his fantasy a little bit too far (not that it actually happened, but that is was some fantasy blog he wrote and people took it to be real).

   I think he’s great, I’m a huge fan and I read all of his blog entries and comments, and I want to help him and make sure he’s getting counseling or whatever he needs. But I can’t shake something fishy. I emailed JC to ask why he didn’t post about it and he said he wanted to talk to Mason first (hope I didn’t reveal anything…don’t delete me!!)

   If you follow all the various links and posts now in DeWayne’s thread, you will see pretty conclusive proof that the report is a forgery.

   It’s a fake.

   According to Queerclick, who actually talked to him via phone, he faked it in order to “protect” certain parties.

   Queerclick supposedly has a real case number, and is trying to verify it.

   However, at this point, I must say…my attitide at this point in this whole roller coaster ride is “whatever.”

   It’s definitely a fake rape fantasy. A real police report would not use his adult industry name it would have his real birth name. C’mon people. Use your brains.

    Anonymous, where do you see mention of a police report with his stage name? The AVN article says an indident report was filed, and that Wyler supplied the author with his real name. The “report” he himself posted and has now admitted to forging had all names redacted.

    Puhleeze. There are two different issues here. One is a sexual fantasy gone terribly wrong. For that Mason and his BF have my heartfelt sympathy and wishes for a healthy recovery. The other is Wyler’s self-confessed compulsion for attention, (see his blog) hence his multi-versioned, telling and re-telling of the story. For that he should be embarrassed. Frankly, my dear, I don’t give a shit.

    Mason had to delete them and got to comment moderation after this same Anon posted his real name drivers lic,SS# and Addy.

    Wonder how this Anon who DENIES there was a Rape got all this confidential info.
    Info you might find in someones stolen wallet.

    I think I Know whats going on here someone was raped and the Rapist does not see rape at all. He sees consensual sex.

    There is “spin” going on this particular Anon has been in overdrive on my blog,Masons and now here.

    DeWayne, all due respect to YOU, but how do you know this is the same Anon? This particular poster has a distinctive style of responding to comments here (“Will, — double space — etc.), so I believe it to be a longtime poster on JCA’s threads. I don’t think we should jump to the conclusion that it’s the same person from Wyler’s blog.

    So you wanted to know whats on our mind, while I love the site I’d like to see a few more 1 on 1 interviews with current, past and up and coming stars even if it once a month.

    Regarding the London clock, this widget has some bugs. However, with a Mac computer, it reads the correct time. Right now, in Los Angeles, it’s almost 11:30 in the morning, and in London it is nearly 7:30 in the evening, which is what our clock is showing. Do you use a Mac or PC?

    Here’s what’s on my mind: Why not keep an open thread like this on the front page permanently? It’s a great way for people to vent, I mean contribute helpful ideas, talk about subjects maybe only tangential to porn, and just plain gossip (responsibly, of course). And God knows you can’t be everywhere JC, so maybe we’ll even break a little news now and then!

    Oh, did I love Jonathan Vargas. He has not updated his blog since last spring, and JC took him off the “Porn Star Blogs” list. I feared the worst. But hopefully he is just taking a break and is doing fine.
