Here! Net Sets Gay Porn Docu Series

[Editor's note: Gay Porn Times has signed a deal to provide LGBT content to industry publication XBIZ.] Cable channel here! Networks has set a Nov. 11 premiere for its documentary series about gay adult performers. Everything You Wanted to Know About Gay Porn Stars *but Were Afraid to Ask is a seven-part series examining the personal lives, backgrounds and interests of a variety of performers. Sixteen models are interviewed, among them Brad Benton, Caleb Carter, Jason Hawke, Jeremy Jordan, Johnny Hazzard, Nick Piston, Jason Ridge and Bret Wolfe.     Jeez, how long ago was this series shot? I think a series about gay porn stars is a long time coming, but these listed performers haven’t been “stars” in several years. The only one who seems to be still performing with regularity is Jason Ridge.

    True, though Hazzard is still active. But the lineup is stale for most gay porn fans. And why is Caleb Carter always getting reality-TV face time?

    This is so weird, but I actually met Caleb Carter in a club and he told me about this. That had to be at least a year ago (I think!) Never that big a fan of his pornos, but he is pretty funny and crazy in person, so that’s probly why he gets cast on these reality things.

    Jason Ridge is not the only performer in the series who still does movies. Johnny Hazzard, Nick Piston, and Nick Capra are still in the industry.

    BTW, why is here! TV getting all the credit for only airing the documentary, while the creator never gets mentioned at all in this post?
