Crime Blotter: Nickolay Petrov Pleads Guilty

Crime Blotter: Edmon Vardanyan, 24, pleaded guilty on Friday, October 31 in U.S. District Court, Tampa, to “federal charges that he conspired to travel across state lines with the intent to kill or injure” Galina and Grigori Komissarchuk. As well, Sergei Zub, 41, pleaded guilty to driving Mr. Vardanyan to the attacks. A third man, Larik Cholak, pleaded guilty on October 27 to having hired a hit man on behalf of Alex Shevgert, the son-in-law of the Komissarchuks. Mr. Shevert’s trial gets underway this week. His in-laws gave him $100,000 to buy a house; they refused when he asked for more money. He then “began to solicit people to help him attack his in-laws,” according to a newspaper account. “Vardanyan asked to be paid $2000. After he was given the money, Vardanyan made several attempts to attack the couple in New York and Sarasota.” In September 2006, Mr. Komissarchuk was beaten unconscious and required surgery and a two-week hospital stay. Three months later, “the Komissarchuks were returning to their Sarasota home from dinner with the Shevgerts when an assailant with a hammer ducked under their closing garage door. He attacked Galina Komissarchuk, and as her husband attempted to shield her, the attacker beat them both.” Edmon Vardanyan is also known as gay adult performer Nickolay Petrov. He was arrested and indicted earlier this year.

Actually, the fact that he used a hammer is even more horrific if he meant to actually kill them. Ugh, disgusting.

That’s what he gets for calling himself “gay-for-pay”. Now he really will be “gay-for-pay”. He probably now has to play gay with his payment being that he’s allowed to live. I feel so sorry for him – NOT!
