Breaking News: Harlow Cuadra Guilty

Crime Blotter: Harlow Cuadra, an escort, adult producer and website entrepreneur, has been found guilty of first-degree homicide in the murder of producer Bryan Kocis. The jury of eight men and four women deliberated for roughly three and a half hours before reaching its unanimous decision. He was additionally found guilty on charges of theft, robbery, arson and abuse of a corpse. The penalty phase begins tomorrow when jurors will decide if Cuadra should receive the death penalty. Cuadra, 27, was accused of murdering Cobra Video producer Bryan Kocis in January 2007 and setting fire to his Dallas Township, Penn. home. He and his former partner and onetime co-defendant, Joseph Kerekes, 34, were arrested in May 2007 and formally charged two months later. Kerekes pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in early December 2008. He was sentenced to the mandatory life in prison without parole. The plea spared Kerekes from facing the death penalty. Just four hours, huh? They didn’t even take a full day to go over all the evidence.
They may not have needed to… I sat on a jury which debate a very complex contract and property rights issue. But the attorneys laid out the evidence so clearly, and the judge’s jury instructions made it so clear what we had to decide, that we came to a conclusion very, very quickly despite the complexity.
Anon, Cuadra sealed his fate when he took the stand and told the stupidest, most unbelievable story every heard from a murder defendant. After that, there really wasn’t much for them to decide, he was obviously guilty as charged.
Ohhh I hope he gets ass raped a lot. That would be the perfect hell for him.

he blew it when he said he called joe joseph during the murder. all he did was lie on the stand.
as he was the ONLY defense it was an outcome which could only have been expected.

It’s a funny ole world… why, oh why didn’t he just stick to making porn, he made some good porn and didn’t really need Brent C (or brains) to keep making more.
Now he’s going to spend the rest of his life in prison (either on Death Row or not) while the whole rigmarole of appeals and reviews goes on… All of which could have been avoided if he just stuck to making porn!
Anyone else find it interesting that the reports are no longer saying that Cuadra wanted to work with Sean Lockhart? They are all only saying that Cuadra viewed Kocis as his main rival in the gay porn business.
Now that Lockhart has admitted breaking the law under oath could it be that charges against him are on the way?
While it seems justice was served today everyone involved in the case will forever be linked to this crime in one way or another.
Brent, his ex Grant etc….whomever will always be mentioned in the same breath as having dealt with Bryan Kocis in some form or fashion.
No one in this scenario is a winner or will come away as having not been tainted.
Justice was served but I will shed no tears over Kocis’s death. He was a pedophile who used other underage boys besides Brent C in some of his films. Karma will eventually catch up to you
Some people just don’t get, or don’t care about, the ramifications of A CORRUPT COURT SYSTEM (Black People definitely get though, this is why most Black People viewed the not guilty verdict against OJ differently that most Whites).
It was disclosed last week that Judge Peter Olszewski, the Judge in Harlow Cuadra’s murder trial, had all of his civil case decisions subpoenaed by The Grand Jury that subpoenaed the records of and that indicted Judges Michael Conahan and Mark Ciavarella.
The Prosecutors of Cuadra not only somehow got away with claiming IN COURT before A JUDGE and a JURY that “Sean Lockhart was UNDER CONTRACT” to Bryan Kocis/Cobra Video, they also got away with claiming Bryan Kocis was the proper business man with the production of Porn in PA is illegal.
So, it looks like the law per Luzerne County is that Sean Lockhart WAS / IS contractually required to perform gay bareback sex for money because he signed a contract with Bryan Kocis and Bryan Kocis’ Estate is now Sean Lockhart’s LEGAL PIMP in that it gets 20% of everything Lockhart makes from fucking while using the name Brent Corrigan.
I wonder is Lockhart is celebrating 20% of everything he owns going to Bryan Kocis even though the fucker is dead?
BTW, according to reports, ABC 20/20 is preparing a big report on the “sending kids to jail for cash scandal” in Luzerne County
It is only a matter of time before The Luzerne County DA’s Office goes down just like Corrupt Judges Conahan and Ciavarella.
