xbiz-avn-logosAdult biz trade publication Adult Video News has served rival publication XBIZ and its newly hired sales exec Sara Sazzman with “an eight-count complaint, seeking a jury trial and unspecified damages.” Ms. Sazzman joined XBIZ last month after serving in a similar capacity for AVN. The suit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday and claims breach of contract as well as “misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition.” Per XBIZ legal counsel, “Clearly AVN is trying to tarnish XBIZ’s reputation to stem the tide of its diminishing marketshare.” [XBIZ]

I hope XBIZ bankrupts AVN/GayVN with legal fee’s. That pathetic excuse for a publication is not even worth opening these days. Their award shows are a joke and has anyone taken a look at the 5 pages of gay content in AVN these days? Why bother? Why would anyone spend a dime advertising when no one’s looking at it? Clearly this is a last ditch attempt to continue limping along for a little while longer. AVN/GayVN can disappear and i don’t think anyone will shed a tear. Maybe Scott Coffman can come to the rescue and AEBN, AVN, Raging Stallion and NakedSword can ALL become the adult industries first .com style tragedy. It’s not a question of if, just when.

Ugh. I heard Titan allegedly sent Harker at Gayvn a note about how great the awards show was. WHAT?! Was he there? What a pathetic night. Bye-bye Gayvn.

Simply fab awards, ‘cept one studio mia… Now, who’s your daddy? What do we have to do, not buy a page?
