Blue Blake Gets Cozy with ‘Baghdaddy’

I meant to post this item the other day (I was apparently too busy castrating Tuck Johnson…) Anyway, I wrote recently about Blue Blake‘s return to directing from his new home base in London. The other day he sent along a press release announcing more details and a title — BAGHDADDY. I can clearly remember doing a press visit to one of his sets when Mr. Blake dreamed up this title. He roared with laughter for a good hour. But this was 2003 or ’04 and the jittery, tense national mood didn’t lend itself to black humor. Let’s just say not everyone found a gay porn movie titled BAGHDADDY in good taste. Things are decidedly different now. Mr. Blake will shoot the film in London and in “an unnamed Middle Eastern country,” he said in the press release. “Living in London I found amazing looking arab guys in the gym who were straight and just gagging for the opportunity to be portrayed on film fucking American and British soldier types,” he said. “Obviously this is all fantasy and will be portrayed as tastefully as possible — unless things get out of hand, then who knows what will be captured on film!”

That’s not Blue, its Peter Lats (Latz?) who I think only did one scene a couple of years ago.
