Jet Set Sez Jason Adonis Out, Marcus Steele In

So the gossip all weekend has been over Jason Adonis — quelle surprise — dropping out of a couple of Jet Set Productions shoots this week, as well as a Men magazine shoot and some other stuff. There was a lot of back-and-forth about how and why it happened and who was or was not involved (Mr. Adonis’ wife; agent David Forest) and some angry sentiment expressed by Chris Steele that my colleague Mark Adams has up on his blog. I didn’t run anything over the weekend or this morning because I just didn’t know what to believe. When I spoke to Mr. Adonis two weeks ago (see the link below) I teased him about his bad-boy rep and his penchant for leaving studios high and dry. He owned up to it and asked me to make sure I printed that he was doing his best to behave himself. And now this latest bout of flakiness. So he’s out of the shoot and Jet Set exclusive hotbod Marcus Steele is in. (I’ll be visiting the set this week, I think.) Mr. Steele told me this morning he’s still moving forward with JASON ADONIS UNSEEN, a compilation with a twist: All of the scenes will be re-edited from the original source material and remastered for better picture and sound quality. Their BRETT MYCLES UNSEEN was similarly re-edited (famously including bit of never-before-seen oral interplay) and sold strongly. So they’ll do likewise with JASON ADONIS UNSEEN. In the meantime, we’ll see how this shakes out with Mr. Adonis himself. My bullshit detector is pretty high and something isn’t adding up.

Well, at least Jet Set is in production… I’ve been hearing that almost everyone has gone on hiatus through Summer. Has anyone heard who else is filming?
