* MIAMI — Collin O’Neal and business partner Rich Richards are traveling to Southern Decadence in New Orleans this weekend to sell their World of Men DVDs directly to fans. The GunzBlazing affiliate network has announced they are dropping CollinONeal.com, but the performer-mogul says a revamped version to go up at WorldofMen.com is on the boards. He’ll be on the second floor of Oz nightclub at 800 Bourbon St.
* WEST HOLLYWOOD — Euro-dreamboat Ludovic Canot is back in the City of Angels to scare up work. He’ll be here through November 12 and kicked off his return with a meet-and-greet at “Cocktails with the Stars” last week at Micky’s. When will someone pair this guy with lookalike Nick Capra?
* CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Adult novelty manufacturer Topco Sales is touting six new flavored lubes via its Climax brand. The new flavors are: Blue Raspberry Rush; Green Apple Aphrodisiac; Magnetic Mango; Peach Passion; Plum Passion; and Strawberry Seduction. “The new lubricants have an air of chic, modern sophistication all the while maintaining the fun Climax aesthetic,” said Topco Sales Executive Tera Grengs. “Each lube is color-coordinated to match its namesake flavor as are the label and the flip top on its chrome cap. Available in 2 fl. oz (59 ml). Also in the line are silicone based, water based, warming and stimulating lubes.”
* LUZERNE COUNTY, Penn. — Harlow Cuadra‘s appeal of his murder conviction and subsequent life sentence for the death of Cobra Video‘s Bryan Kocis continues to wend its way through the courts. In early August, he retained Demetrius Fannick to represent him. According to a local media report, “Fannick was removed by Luzerne County Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. prior to Cuadra’s trial because of a conflict of interest with Cuadra’s co-defendant Joseph Kerekes.” Mr. Fannick has protested that decision. He is also claiming Judge Olszewski “allowed prosecutors to use two illegally recorded conversations as evidence.” Additionally, he has “accused prosecutors of misconduct for showing autopsy photographs to jurors twice instead of once, as mandated by a pre-trial order, and for asking leading questions despite at least eight different admonitions from Olszewski.”
