Buck Angel and the Kinsey Institute
November 2, 2009 | 2 Comments
Sex advice columnist and pundit Dan Savage recently toured the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University — he was there for its annual “Sexploration at IU” week — and took note of a certain portrait: “Finally I was taken on a tour of the institute’s gallery,” he blogs. “The Kinsey Institute has one of the world’s largest collections of erotic art and documentary photographs and right now there’s a large photograph of Buck Angel in the gallery, which was nice to see. (Hi, Buck!)…” Later, after being confronted with a puppet vulva (long story), Mr. Savage notes, “There were a hell of a lot of vulvas on display in the Kinsey Institute’s gallery—not yours, Buck, you’re wearing pants in the photo of you on display.” Congrats to Mr. Angel for turning up in such an honorable institution.

Dan Savage…is a god. My life goal is to interview him. *dreamy sigh*
Hey Buddy! Thanks for the mention! I was so excited to see this I contacted the Kinsey Institute and they asked me if I would also like donating photographs or other items for their research collection. How cool is that!
