Jet Set Offers D2O, ‘Quick Jack’ Membership Tweaks

Jet Set Productions has announced several changes to its membership site designed to give customers more purchasing power. They are offering download-to-own (D2O) to registered members as well as a “Quick Jack” membership level. D2O is “the ultimate porn-on-demand that you get to keep and use, anytime, anywhere and in any format, forever,” notes director and Head of Production Chris Steele. The offering eliminates DRM, lockouts and buffering issues. Steele hopes to encourage members to “start digital collections of their favorite porn scenes, especially when they know they can always retrieve scenes they may have lost due to equipment failure or changes in equipment.” CLICK HERE for additional details…
As noted, the Jet Set D2O feature requires an updated membership.
The Quick Jack membership level is currently being offered at $9.95 per month and allows access to five “rotating scenes” updated weekly. The idea is to entice customers who want desire a greater variety of hardcore action but aren’t necessarily interested in owning the episodes.
However, D20 scenes will be offered at a 50-percent discount — $4.75 per scene, as opposed to the regular $9.50 — to Quick Jack members.
“Both concepts offer a view into the future of electronic-only products without attaching a high price tag,” Steele said, noting the policy mirrors Jet Set’s recent decision to price Blu-ray titles at the same level as standard HD DVDs.
“With a tough economy, we all know that every dollar counts these days. These two services allow consumers to pay less to get a variety of high-quality porn and also pay only for the porn that they want,” he said.
