Brent Everett on Parents and Porn

Washington DC’s gay newsmag Metro Weekly profiled porn entrepreneur Brent Everett prior to a meet-and-greet nightclub appearance in the city about ten days ago. We did a Planet Porn about it; see the link below and CLICK HERE for the Metro Weekly one-pager. “My mom is my biggest fan,” says Mr. Everett. ”My mom and dad were actually the first two parents to show up ever at a GAYVN Awards ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for better parents for sure.” Notes the writer, “Throw in an even more supportive spouse — who doubles as his manager — and you’ve got the makings of a life straight out of a gay fantasy.” Actually, there have been a number of pornsters whose parents accompanied their skin-star sons to award shows. I remember meeting Kevin Kramer‘s mom way back in the day, and Chris Steele‘s mother (who actually wrote one of the movies her son directed). Oh, and I met Diesel Washington‘s father (or his uncle? I can’t recall) a couple years ago at the GAYVNs in San Francisco.
