Cory-Koons-Advocate-10:09Have you heard the news that popular pornster Cory Koons is back on the blue movie scene? He has signed an exclusive contract with San Francisco-based Treasure Island Media and will be featured on their various websites in the coming weeks. Mr. Koons is among the most-requested for WEHT? queries from our Constant Readers. “I’ve had second thoughts about making porn again. But I want to show the world how I really have sex now,” he said in a story published on XBIZ. “I’m a balls-out raw dog and proud of it!” TIM house director Max Sohl notes Mr. Koons is “a real guy, an incredibly nice and decent guy who just happens to have one of the most beautiful and fuckable asses in the world. I’m delighted to be able to offer up that hungry fuckhole to all of our topmen.” Cory Koons has been offscreen since 2008, apart from compilations and some web-exclusive stuff here and there. TIM has concurrently signed an exclusive deal with performer Kurt Wood, citing his “raw sexual energy that men are drawn to. His passion for mansex, for cock and sperm is what I’m all about,” notes studio honcho Paul Morris.

    Hooray for AIDS-spreading sociopaths.

  2. Bill on June 19, 2010 1:25 pm

Skantastic! Score another one for HIV/AIDS and irresponsable behaviour!

  3. Bitchy on June 20, 2010 6:37 am

Corey is not your typical airhead pornstar, he knows what he wants and what he is doing. Plus he is a grownup and if this is what he wants to do, then do it, his choice. I probably will not watch, maybe some clips online but good to have him back “on the scene”….maybe Raging stallion or Michael Lucas can get him for something in the meantime?

  4. CZER on June 20, 2010 6:52 pm

“[M]aybe Raging stallion or Michael Lucas can get him for something in the meantime?”

What part of “TIM Exclusive” is not clear to you? He won’t be doing any of those sites since he’s now under contract to TIM.

I find condom porn to be unnatural and boring. As soon as there’s a condom in any scene…well that’s the end of it for me.

All you hypocritical queens who flip out over this issue are being foolish. Stop trying to impose your “values” on anyone else; you act just like Fundamentalist Christians in that regard.

Bareback is the largest growing sector of gay porn and even the alleged condom only houses release “vintage” or “pre-condom” porn on a regular basis. RS has gong to great lengths to hide condoms in their scenes if anyone takes the time to notice.

  5. Derek on June 21, 2010 2:03 pm

Having been in several DVDs by TIM (Yes I am Neg) it is just not cool to tell others what to do. If someone chooses to do it and is an adult that is their choice. I don’t believe in killing animals for fur coats but I would never throw paint on someone who chooses to do it. Fact is NO SEX is the only real safe sex so people like Chi Chi Larue are hypocrites. I see unprotected oral sex in her videos all the time. Just don’t go around telling others what to do. Porn is a fantasy for some, I’ve gotten lots of mail saying they enjoy watching it but don’t do it in their personal life.

  6. EdWoody on June 21, 2010 8:31 pm

All of you people supporting condom-free sex videos are just justifying yourself after the fact, becuase it’s the only way you can live with yourself after making what you know was the stupidest decision of your life.

It’s nothing to do with telling other people what to do – obviously you can and will do whatever the hell you want with your own lives, no matter if I think it’s the dumbest thing you could possibly do. What is no-question-in-my-mind wrong is the filming and promotion of this activity to others as if it is some kind of good idea.

I do not believe the “it’s all a fantasy” line for a second, because entertainment always doubles as education. I am concerned with doing what good human beings are supposed to do – provide a good example for the next generation. You are simply condemning young gay men to the same horrid disease you already suffer from – both physically and spiritually.

  7. Estelle on June 21, 2010 9:41 pm

If CZER and Derek feel this way, then neither of you should have no problem paying for your own cocktail meds out of your own pockets. If it’s your choice and you don’t want anyone telling you what to do and how to live, then you shouldn’t have any issue with not having government or an insurance company pay for your own life choices.

A condom might be unnatural, but I’m not going to cut my life short for a few minutes of pleasure. If wanting to live a long and healthy life is unnatural then yes I guess I am unnatural.

  8. EdWoody on June 22, 2010 7:44 pm

^^^ Exactly. Anyone for whom an orgasm is more important than their very life doesn’t deserve to live a long one. But they do not have the right to take the rest of us with them on the way down.

  9. Derek on June 23, 2010 6:42 pm

And I suppose if Brad Pitt shoots someone in a movie that gives people the idea and permission to go around shooting people they don’t like?

What nonsense. It’s a fantasy plain and simple.

  10. Derek on June 23, 2010 6:51 pm

I’m 49 and have never had an STD of any kind. I’m HIV neg and get tested at least a few times a year so there goes your theory about everyone being diseased in porn.

I use condoms in private most of the time but the idea it is porn producer’s responsibility to only show safe sex is silly. People are murdered in movies all the time so using your pretzel logic Hollywood shouldn’t show any behavior morally not acceptable by some of society?

You guys are whacked. Just running around jamming your morality down other’s throats. How about if I come to your house and start telling you how to run your life? You probably wouldn’t like it. Don’t smoke, don’t eat red meat, it gives you colon cancer. You’d get sick of that shit after 5 minutes.

  11. EdWoody on June 23, 2010 8:24 pm

Derek, you naive fool. People know not to shoot people after seeing a movie because they have the whole of society telling them not to. Nobody tells gay men how to have sex except gay men, because of course the rest of society doesn’t even like to think that we DO have sex. So yes, it is our responsibility as gay men – whether porn producers or not – to teach them properly.

  12. Caine on June 24, 2010 9:59 am

They haven’t used condoms in straight porn in forever – so does that mean the straight porn industry bears the responsibility for educating straight people about reproduction? What a double standard.
Gay men are smarter than that.

  13. James on June 24, 2010 11:09 am

I don’t see this so much as an area where gay men need to be educated as a health precaution. It isn’t about the health of one person or even a pair but given the number of people likely to be exposed it more like containing an outbreak of Salmonella. No different than the health department insisting that the guy at Subway wears gloves while making your foot long. The government and conservative groups are desperately trying to gain more control of porn production. The news that one irresponsible person had unprotected sex on film but not disclosing their HIV+ status or being ignorant of it, and spreading it to a number of people would help them push the legisaltion they want. Their real agenda is to burden the industry with so many health requirements they kill it all together. Why help them destroy the industry?

That said I have no problem with a studio like TIM keeping barebacking in house among exculsive performers. I won’t watch it but it interest many and I’m not judging their choice. I do think however once you work bareback with a studio that has the kind of HIV+ rate that TIM has that you shouldn’t EXPECT to film for other studios for at least a year’s worth of negative test if ever.

It doesn’t matter if you are tested once a month or once a week if the guy you are having sex with just hooked up at the leather bar with a HIV+ stranger two nights before the shoot and you get exposed.

My feelings on this are the same with cigarettes. I think there is enough information out there letting people know the risks. Give them a fact sheet and a contract. If they want to smoke/bareback then they simply sign a contact stating they waive any access to tax dollars funding the medical treatments they will need eventually need because of their reckless choices. They get a card that allows them to buy cigarettes or work bareback. In other words I don’t get to push my personal preferences on you and you don’t get to make me pay for yours.

  14. James on June 24, 2010 11:13 am

@ Caine: Most straight female pornstars have gone on record to say they would prefer condom usage. There is currently legislation being promoted that seeks to make condom use and testing mandatory in California for both straight and gay productions. If it passes the many studios in gay porn industry will be in a better place to adapt because they are already doing it others will either go under or move production.

  15. Jamie on June 24, 2010 11:31 am

    All of you people…

What a way to start a comment. You people. Well, so much for the “gay community.” Of course, we’ve known for a long time that the only “us” in the gay community is when we’re vilified by outside forces. I guess it’s an honor for someone like EdWoody to join with Focus on the Family, Tim Wildmon, Porno Pete LaBarbera, et. al. in castigating the “evil”
homos who fuck without condoms. Do you think for one minute that any of these folks make a distinction between condom and bareback porn? Let me answer that: no, they don’t.

What is the point of continuing to have this discussion? Each side has a viewpoint that is, apparently, unalterable. One side uses justification that is problematic; the other side uses rationale that is problematic. The only solution to stopping the spread of HIV is an open and frank discussion between sexual partners, but nobody ever wants to have that discussion. Certainly not pornographers, whether condoms are used or not. It’s just plain easier to throw derogotory terms, castigate and blame each other.

Anyone want to guess where we’ll be in a year, five years, maybe even 10 years from now, on this topic?

  16. Estelle on June 24, 2010 1:38 pm

Caine, James is correct a lot of the female talent would prefer using condoms. BTW your example isn’t exactly a good one. There have been a number of female performers who have been diagnosed with cervical cancer during and after their time in porn. Cervical cancer is almost always caused by strands of the HPV virus which are sexually transmitted. One of these strands is also connected to oral cancer as well as anal cancer.

We know Brad Pitt isn’t killing someone in real life we know that is simulated, but hard core sex acts aren’t simulated. The straight community hasn’t been affected by HIV and AIDS the way the gay community has.

We have had the information about HIV and sexual health issues for over 25 years. Jamie most gay men are responsible in their sexual health issues and DO HAVE OPEN AND FRANK DISCUSSIONS.

To me, barebacking is playing Russian roulette. It has been long deleted but a few months back I saw a blog on SX VIDEO (barebacking studio) where one of the models who was HIV+ said that another model told him he wanted to work with HIV- models only because he was HIV-. They were about to do a scene together and the negative model was told by the producers that the positive model was also negative. Remember when Nelson Troy seroconverted and was publicly naming people and wondering who infected him.

Kira Kerner successfully sued Vivid Video after she was infected with a STD on one of their sets. While I don’t think that a performer who chooses to engage in risky behavior on camera should be allowed to sue if he comes down with something, one of these studios could face what Vivid did.

It’s not about demonizing anyone, again you know the facts about HIV and how it’s transmitted, are you comfortable with what the consequences are? If so, you shouldn’t have an issue with paying for your own cocktail meds, or the antibiotics from an STI you contracted, or the painful surgery to remove anal warts.

What I absolutely detest about AIDS med ads is showing perfectly healthy people and downplaying the serious side affects that these medications have. People treat HIV like it’s a manageable disease like diabetes and while the strides they have made with prolonging life have been wonderful the side affects of these meds can be devastating. Not to mention the exorbitant cost of these meds.

  17. Caine on June 24, 2010 4:48 pm

I LOVE it when people make a statement about something they know nothing about.

“a studio that has the kind of HIV+ rate that TIM has…”

Because what? You work for Treasure Island Media and have some kind of insider information or are you just ASSuming? Oh they make bareback movies so that means EVERYONE is HIV+.
    Hmmmmmm not.

And where are you guys getting your statistics on female performers preferring condom use? Making up more “facts” to bolster your argument?

The government can attempt to legislate all they want but all that is going to happen if it goes through is that Canada is going to become the new porn capital of the world and California is going to lose BILLIONS in taxes.

  18. tom on June 25, 2010 6:15 am

James-Do you eat processed food, high fructose syrup, buy food with hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils, etc.? If you do, then I don’t want to pay YOUR medical costs with my taxes. Did you support the Iraq and/or Afghanistan wars? I don’t, but my tax dollars have and are still paying for them. So your suggestion is rather questionable.
As adults we have access to the information we need to make decisions.
That is what freedom is all about.
Personally, I use condoms. What someone does is his business.
[And please, throw out that food with all that hydrogenated oil. –GRIN–)

  19. Estelle on June 25, 2010 6:23 am

“Because what? You work for Treasure Island Media and have some kind of insider information or are you just ASSuming? Oh they make bareback movies so that means EVERYONE is HIV+.
    Hmmmmmm not.”

Are you serious? You can’t really be this naive? Yeah I know it spoils your fantasy, but YES I think its safe to say most models on TIM are HIV+ either that or they have a death wish.

“And where are you guys getting your statistics on female performers preferring condom use? Making up more “facts” to bolster your argument?”

Uh you do realize that porn is PRODUCER controlled and unless its a big name who has some leverage they have NO CHOICE whether they want to do condom or no condom. There have been a number of female performers that have gone on record saying they would rather use condoms. At least 90% of women in the industry are escorts, do you really believe that they don’t care or are not concerned with what they are exposed to/with.

As far as Canada being the new “porn capital”, I don’t think so. High taxes and the fact that Canada has restricted some of the more extreme fetish porn from being brought in to their country.

BILLIONS? I don’t think so. Porn across the board is struggling to stay a float and make a profit.

  20. Caine on June 25, 2010 7:20 am

Yes, let’s blame the PRODUCERS again and say the models have NO CHOICE. Yes, they have a choice. The choice is to do something else. No one is forcing anyone to appear in porn movies straight, gay, condom or condomless.

You know nothing about the performers who appear in Treasure Island Media movies as Derek already said from first hand knowledge he is an HIV negative man who chooses to bareback and chooses to appear in bareback videos. You don’t know if they test or if they don’t test, or serosort or don’t serosort, so stop testifying to information when you don’t have the facts.

    And yes:
porn is a multi-billion dollar industry. If the United States forces the use of condoms the same evil producers are just going to move their offices and production out of the country and they pay taxes big time, they pay social security, they pay federal state and city taxes, they pay insurance, rent, SALARIES and California as the porn capital of the world will be hit the hardest.

And while I am on it – why doesn’t someone already file a lawsuit against the AIDS Healthcare Foundation who are backing the legislation? They are a 501(c)(3) and as such it is against the law for a charitable organization to attempt to influence ANY legislation. They should have their charitable status revoked if you ask me.

  21. Derek on June 25, 2010 5:28 pm

Let’s just sit back and blame everyone for every bad thing that happens in this world. Teens today are fat from eating at McDonalds despite being told from birth about healthy eating. Let’s ban fast food. Education is great but people are going to do what they want anyway.

I have received dozens of email and I read every piece of fan mail I get, saying that it is a fantasy and while they do not bb in their private life they enjoy watching it.

Bottom line is all thse so called safe sex companies are losing money to bb porn. That is the real reason they are so upset.

I see lots of unprotected cocksucking by safe companies so if they wanted to really walk the walk and talk the talk they would use a condom for oral sex. The only safe sex folks is NO SEX. There is a risk crossing the street.

I am a total top, and yes I have fucked Poz guys bb on film, my ex of 3 years was also poz and I fucked him raw. I am still neg because I was careful and used certain personal rules.

At my age I am more concerned with cancer. Esp cancer of the brain after listening to all these hypocritical assholes telling other people what they should do. Educate all you want and let people make their own informed choice.

All of you ranting on here is like a homeless person screaming on a street corner. You make lots of noise but no one is really paying attention to you because they think you are nuts.

  22. Anon on June 25, 2010 5:40 pm

This all comes down to Cory’s choice as to what he wants to do and who he wants to work for. If many of you on here don’t want to see him bb then fine don’t pay for the site, or download the scenes and quit watching his stuff. If you like it great…if not wonderful.
Many people like watching bb porn but prefer to use condoms when having sex, does this make them any better then someone who prefers not to use protection ? No, any worse ? No!
If you like it or are curious your gonna buy the scenes or download them if your not your not going to.
    End of story.

  23. Mr. Cory Koons on June 28, 2010 6:07 am

I couldn’t have said it better myself, anon.

  24. Robert Fablat on July 8, 2010 4:02 am

I for one am stoked. Kory has been on my hotlist ever since I saw him in Pig Trough. I read his blogs, searched for his movies…everything.

I am in love with the guy and can’t wait to see him. It will be even hotter condomless. Yes, it is not safe, but it’s HIM doing it, not me. He is a grown man and it’s his choice.

  25. Seaguy on July 11, 2010 5:00 am

Justifying ourselves after the fact??? Ed Woody think what you want but that is so wrong. Not everyone who supports bareback porn and the right of American’s to choose if they want to make, or watch BB porn is justifying “themselves after the fact”. Some of us believe that because America is a FREE country we should not be telling others how to live their lives and what sex they can or cannot have. That kind of censorship might be cool in North Korea so maybe you should move their. Otherwise all the anti BB people should just shut up and not watch or but it. It’s not their right to tell others how to live their lives.
