Pornster Francois Sagat continues to demolish the no-fly-zone between adult entertainment and the independent film world with Man at Bath, an ultra-low-budget, cross-continental romance, of sorts, written and directed by Christophe Honoré. Among his costars is Chiara Mastroianni. Mr. Honoré said he cast Sagat as an iconic figure who “redefines the notion of masculinity” (CLICK HERE). The film debuts in France late next month, and will have its worldwide premiere at the Locarno Film Festival, where Mr. Sagat’s other starring role, L.A. Zombie from Bruce LaBruce, is also playing. Honestly, it looks pretentious as all hell even for an “indie” movie. But I will check it out on dvd due to Francois, and good luck on getting this into any American theater.
