[Edits 7:20 p.m.] Bits and Bobs: Linked below is a quick rundown of stories from across the media blogosphere related to the current HIV crisis in adult entertainment:
* The Free Speech Coalition fires back at AIDS Healthcare Foundation. “AHF’s campaign for mandatory condoms has done nothing but create controversy and, with the closure of AIM, has deprived the adult industry of an important health and safety resource.” (CLICK HERE).
* The Los Angeles Times actually prints FSC’s response, albeit heavily edited, and gives AHF’s Michael Weinstein the last word (CLICK HERE).
* This week’s Nightline reports on the current HIV scare and temporary moratorium. New interviews with Michael Weinstein, as well as a female model critical of biz, are mixed with old interviews from others offering context. * LA Weekly briefly looks at how AHF’s condoms-only campaign could be making things worse (CLICK HERE).
UPDATE: * Op-ed on straight-biz blog LukeisBack on efficacy of HIV tests used by Michael Weinstein’s AHF versus the FSC’s new program. Michael Whiteacre on Mr. Weinstein: “What a fucking idiot.” (CLICK HERE.)

@Neil — I saw that same news elsewhere. I don’t know that anyone has officially confirmed Brazzers’ involvement. Could be just speculation run wild at this point. Story changes by the hour.
