Dirty Boy’s ‘Occupy My Throat’ Still Making Headlines

News that boutique amateur all-male porn studio Dirty Boy Video apparently filmed a hardcore vignette titled OCCUPY MY THROAT inside a tent on the Occupy Oakland encampment continues to circulate around the blogosphere. The story first broke about 10 days ago; it takes about a week, I’ve observed, for stories like this one to break out of the gay-porn-gossip circles and into the mainstream. The article quotes an open letter by Dirty Boy President Andy Fair to Brendan Watts, the young protester who lost his virginity at the Occupy Wall Street encampment and was later photographed being hauled off to jail after having been beaten and bloodied by police. Mr. Fair offered Watts financial incentive to make a sex flick. He also told an interviewer that traffic to his company’s website is way, way up but says the pursuit of notoriety was unintentional. “The shoot wasn’t necessarily geared to generate support for the movement or to get all the attention it’s received,” he said. “One of the things porn does is take popular culture and reflect it back, emphasizing elements that would otherwise be hidden or underground.” CLICK HERE for that story.
